  • Minimum order: $100 + delivery + GST
  • Order cut-off: By 12:00 noon on the business day prior to delivery
  • Delivery times: Provided as an estimated window, not a guaranteed time

Catering Terms & Conditions

1. Orders & Confirmation

All orders are confirmed once a written quote is accepted. Acceptance confirms agreement with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value of $100 plus delivery and GST applies to all catering orders.

3. Order Cut-Off Times

Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon on the business day prior to delivery.

Orders requested after this time may be accepted at our discretion and may incur additional fees.

4. Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to confirmed orders must be requested by 12:00 noon on the business day prior to delivery.
  • Cancellations after this time may be charged up to 100% of the order value, as food and labour are already committed.

5. Pricing

All prices are quoted in NZD and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

Quotes are valid for the stated period only and may change if order details change.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are provided as an estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed time.

Delays caused by traffic, weather, venue access, or factors outside our control are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

7. Risk & Responsibility

Responsibility for food transfers to the client once delivery is completed.

We are not responsible for food quality or safety once delivery is complete.

8. Equipment

Any equipment supplied remains our property and must be returned in the same condition.

Lost or damaged equipment may be charged at replacement cost.

9. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

While care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of ordering.

10. Issues & Feedback

If anything isn’t quite right, we encourage clients to get in touch promptly so we can review the situation and continue improving our service.

Feedback and suggestions are always welcome.

11. Payment

Payment terms are as stated on the invoice.

Late payments may incur additional charges.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of catering, refunds are not available for change of mind once an order has been confirmed.

If an order is delivered with missing items, incorrect quantities, or a genuine quality issue, please contact us promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

Where appropriate, a refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.

Cancellations made after the stated order cut-off time may be charged up to 100% of the order value.

Delivery times are provided as an estimated window. Delays caused by traffic, weather, or venue access do not automatically qualify for a refund.
